UNHCR- BIPBS Medical Digital Library inauguration: (15-3-2022)
UNHCR Country deputy representative Tammi Sharpe and Prof Dr Ghulam Rasool inaugurated BIPBS Latest Medical Digital Library in collaboration with UNHCR.
Its state of the art Modernized Digital Lab fully equipped with internet, Copier, Scanner, Printing, medical books and Online facility.
BIPBS Faculty warmly welcome Principal BMC, BUMHS, CPSP, PGMI, BINUQ, FJ, BICHQ, Sheik Zahid, HOD, Faculty, Hospital MS and Principal Nursing to send Post Graduate Trainees, Medical Students, Nurses, Psychologists, Pharmacists, Social Worker to have free access at Digital Lab with predefined BIPBS Digital Lab SOP’s.

BIPBS– MENTORSHIP Event:

It’s great honour that our Mentor, teacher Prof. Dr Fareed Minhas sab, Dean Professor of Psychiatry, Rawalpindi Medical University visited BIPBS and presented two important lectures on ” Cognitive Dysfunction & Borderline Personality Disorder at conference hall.
Prof. Dr Ghulam Rasool, Prof Dr Saleem Barech, Bipbs Faculty, Trainees, Psychologists, social worker, nurses, admin staff attended the event.
Prof. Fareed Nm Minhas also appreciated the New Standardised OPD Complex of BIPBS.

BIPBS is going to provide Mental health Psycho-Social support at Women Smart police station Quetta for Police staff, Women prisoners and child protection services.
A lot of prisoners reported daily for mental health issues at BIPBS, SPH and BMCH hospitals.

LHWs training on GBV, Conducted by BIPBS, Supported by WHO to strengthen psycho- social support, management and Referral of GBV cases through Tele-medicine.
Ms Masooma WHO, Dr Hazrat Ali khan ED BIPBS, Dr Naseem Nasar Teletower Bipbs facilitated the training.

World Mental Health Day awareness program conducted by Balochistan Institute of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences (BIPBS) Quetta at BIPBS on 09th October 2021.

Program started at March 2021 and Ended in December 2021
