Since its inception, the Balochistan Institute of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences (BIPBS), Quetta has been revolutionizing the way we comprehend, prevent, and manage mental illnesses and other brain-related conditions. Prof. Dr. Ghulam Rasool<\/strong> is renowned as the founder of the Balochistan Institute of Psychiatry and Behavioural Sciences (BIPBS) Quetta. His visionary leadership has been pivotal in establishing this institution as a cornerstone of mental health care in the region. In 2019, he achieved a significant milestone by successfully passing the Balochistan Mental Health Act through the Balochistan Assembly, marking a crucial advancement in mental health legislation and rights in the province.<\/p>

Since 2019, Prof. Dr. Ghulam Rasool has served as a dedicated member of the Balochistan Mental Health Authority, where he continues to advocate for the improvement of mental health services and policies across Balochistan. His steadfast commitment and expertise have greatly contributed to the promotion of mental health awareness, treatment accessibility, and overall well-being in the region.<\/p>

The contributions of Prof. Dr. Ghulam Rasool to mental health promotion in Balochistan are exemplary and deserving of appreciation. His efforts have not only enhanced the quality of mental health care but also paved the way for a more compassionate and supportive environment for individuals facing mental health challenges. As the Executive Director of the Balochistan Institute of Psychiatry and Behavioural Sciences (BIPBS), Quetta, I am honored to lead an institution dedicated to transforming mental health care in our province. At BIPBS, we are committed to providing compassionate and effective psychiatric services to our community.<\/p>
